Real Estate Investor Learning About the Area

Hi, my name is Eddie and I’m looking to buy property near RPI with the hope to rent to RPI students in the ’22-23 school year. To make sure I find a good house, I wanted to learn more about the area.

Are you available to show me around the area? This will involve walking with me around campus and showing me the areas off campus where students live. I also have a few questions about student life.

For your trouble, I will pay $50 to have you walk me around. I expect this to take less than 2 hours, but if it takes more then I will pay $25/hour for additional time.
